We do not offer refunds for purchases made through our website. However, if your product (excluding accessories, which are not covered by warranty) arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement unit. International buyers (outside Indonesia) are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at sales@seruniaudio.com and include proof of damage.
