Limited Warranty – Seruniaudio

All Seruniaudio products are covered by a limited one-year warranty, valid from the date of original purchase as stated on the purchase receipt or invoice.

During this period, PT Seruni Karya Indonesia will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship—free of charge. This may include repair or replacement of individual components or the entire unit. Any defective parts removed during service under warranty will become the property of PT Seruni Karya Indonesia. Please note that International buyers outside Indonesia are responsible for any tax, duties, and customs fees. 

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@seruniaudio.com or return the product to the original point of purchase, along with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. To prevent damage during shipping, we recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Please include the product’s serial number or barcode (if available) when submitting your claim.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

• Use outside the product’s intended purpose as described in the user manual

• Damage caused by incorrect voltage or environmental conditions

• Normal wear and tear

• Accessories included with the product (e.g., clips, pouches, cables)
