Service Level Agreement

Seruniaudio Service Commitment & Limited Warranty

Seruniaudio is built by practitioners, for practitioners. We understand that your gear is more than just a tool—it is an investment in your craft. We have established these service standards to provide certainty and leave you with no room for doubt.

1. Creative Time Commitment (SLA)

We value your creative time. Seruniaudio guarantees a repair turnaround time of 4 to 7 business days from the date the unit is received at our service center.

 * Note: Should a repair require more time due to complex technical issues, our team will provide regular updates and alternative solutions.

2. During the Warranty Period (1 Year)

Valid for defects in materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase:

  •  Service & Parts Cost: 100% FREE.

  • Indonesia & International Logistics: Indonesia & ASEAN Countries: We provide complimentary return shipping from our Service Center in Indonesia to your address. The cost of shipping the unit to our Service Center remains the responsibility of the customer.

  • Other Regions (Asia, Europe, USA, etc.): Shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed and coordinated via email (sales@seruniaudio.com) to find the most feasible solution for both Seruniaudio and the customer.

  • First 30-Day Protection (DOA - Dead on Arrival): If the product is defective upon receipt within the first 30 days of purchase, Seruniaudio will cover the two-way shipping costs.

3. Post-Warranty Service (Lifetime Support)

We want your Seruniaudio products to remain functional for the long term even after the warranty period has ended:

  • Service & Parts Cost: Transparent fees apply (covering only essential components and technical labor).

  • Indonesia & International Logistics: Indonesia & ASEAN Region: FREE RETURN SHIPPING. We waive the return shipping cost to make it easier for you to care for your Seruniaudio products.

  • Other Regions (Asia, Europe, USA, etc.): Shipping costs will be discussed via email between Seruniaudio and the customer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Usage outside the product’s intended purpose (as described in the user guide).

  • Damage caused by unstable voltage or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear.

 *ASEAN Region Information: Includes Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

 * Note: Any import taxes and customs duties in the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
